Recently I read a blog post that compared blogging to exercise, so if this is the year that I am to get myself (fingers crossed) into a regular exercise regime, then it is a natural that I will blog regularly.. again, fingers crossed.
Not being one who likes the pressure of the New Year to make resolutions ok.. I just do not like resolutions the very word is off-putting.. if you look back on my blog over the past month you will see that I have already begun to increase the frequency of posting.. and yes I have added daily exercise.
Interestingly, recently I had fallen while exercising (not sure why I thought I could walk backwards) and you will notice that my blogging fell off then too. So I have been back to the exercising for a bit again and my posts have become daily.
I know it won’t be easy, but it might be fun, inspiring, awesome and wonderful. Therefore I’m promising to make use of The DailyPost, and the community of other bloggers with similiar goals, to help me along the way, including asking for help when I need it and encouraging others when I can.
If you already read my blog, I hope you’ll encourage me with comments and likes, and good will along the way.
With any luck my blog will have a new post everyday and I will feel better from daily exercise.
